Matt Imburgia

Matt Imburgia, Development Project Manager, brings over 8 years of retail & commercial real estate experience to the Veritas Realty Development Team. Matt is responsible for working alongside design and construction teams to coordinate the retail development of preferred sites for various clients.

Prior to joining Veritas Realty, Matt spent 4 years at Kite Realty Group, gaining invaluable experience in the leasing, management, and legal aspects of retail real estate. Since Matt’s time at Kite, he has expanded his real estate expertise by serving as a commercial Real Estate Paralegal, drafting and compiling loan documents, and performing detailed analysis of real estate surveys and title commitments. Most recently, Matt served as the Manager of Real Estate Development for Heartland Dental, directing the growth of state-of-the-art dental facilities within the Midwest and Great Lakes regions.

Matt earned his J.D. degree from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, and attended Eastern Illinois University for his undergraduate studies, graduating with a degree in Business Management. During that time, Matt played golf on the EIU men’s team. Today, Matt enjoys golfing and time with his wife, Katie, taking their two kids to their several sports activities.
